大气功能区划分的模糊综合评价法

摘    要:文章分析了大气环境功能区的重要作用以及目前功能分区方法中存在的问题,探讨了功能分区中正确考虑风的向影响的原则,剖析了模糊数学理论进行了功能分区的必要性。最后,提出了综合考虑社会功能,气候地理特征及环境现状的定量划分功能区的模糊综合评价法,阐述了这一方法的具体步骤,并将之应用于一案例中。

Abstract:In this paper, the importance of atmospheric environmental functional regionalization was analyzed. The problems in the existing functional regionalization method were expounded. The principles of how to consider wind direction impact were discussed correctly. The necessity of applying fuzzy mathematics to functional regionaliyation was analyzed. The fuzzy assessment method which considered social functions, climatic and geographical features, and environmental status comprehensively was put forward. The concrete steps of this method were delineated. Finally, the method was applied to a certain case.
