| Abstract: | The check of forging quality and manufacturing accuracy of disproportionated reactor cylinder was performed by using statistical method based on collected data of cylinder thickness detected utilizing supersonic wave from circular leak between SA-2B and SA-1 of the lower part of disproportioned reactor DC-501B in the Aromatic Hydrocarbon Plant, Yangzi Petrochemical Company. How to ensure safety reliability is explained for safety operation of disproportionated reactor when non-destructive testing. |
