腐蚀坑对疲劳裂纹扩展的影响分析

摘    要:利用显微镜测量了经过预腐蚀的6051铝合金材料的腐蚀坑三维形貌,分析了腐蚀坑截面形状,腐蚀坑近似为半椭球形。基于AFGROW软件分析疲劳裂纹扩展寿命,腐蚀坑深度与宽度对疲劳裂纹扩展寿命影响较大,随着腐蚀坑深宽比增加,疲劳裂纹扩展寿命趋于稳定,腐蚀坑的深度相对于宽度对裂纹扩展寿命影响更大。

Abstract:Three-dimensional size of corrosion pitting of 6051 aluminum was measured by KH-7700 microscope. The cross-section morphology of corrosion pitting was analyzed, and the corrosion pitting can be approximated to a semi-ellipsoid. Fatigue crack growth life was analyzed with AFGROW. The results showed that pitting depth and width both have significant effect on fatigue crack growth life; with the increase of ratio of pitting depth and width, the fatigue crack growth life tended to be stable; and the pitting depth has greater effect on fatigue crack growth life than the width.
