摘    要:针对某电站锅炉脱硝系统出口NOx浓度相对偏差大、 氨逃逸过量等问题,应用现场测试和分析对比的方法,找到了脱硝系统存在问题的原因,提出了进行喷氨优化调整试验解决,上述问题的方法。结果表明:优化调整后,脱硝系统出口NOx浓度相对偏差在20%以内、氨逃逸控制在3uL/L以内,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:In the light of big relative deviation of NOx concentration and excessive ammonia escapeat the denitration system outlet of a power boiler, the problem causes of the denitration system werefound out by the application of the field test and analysis and comparison methods. The solution ofinjecting ammonia optimization and adjustment was proposed. The results show that the relativedeviation of NOx concentration is controlled within 20% , as well as ammonia escape within 3 uL/L for the denitration system outlet, which get better effects.
