储能技术大规模应用的可行性研究

摘    要:以西北电网为例分析了新能源大规模发展对传统电网消纳能力有限产生的严重弃风弃光,威胁电网安全运行稳定性等问题,归纳阐述了目前储能技术应用于发电机组、风电厂、光伏电站、光伏发电系统的情况,提出了以储能技术为基础的风光储互补型的稳定发电系统方案,并对其实现的可行性进行了论证,对风光储互补型稳定发电系统在电力系统中的发展前景和实现途径进行了展望。

Abstract:Taking the northwest power grid as an example to analyze the problem that large- scaledevelopment of new energy is limited by the traditional power grid accommodation capability leadingto serious abandoned wind and abandoned solar, which threat the stability of the power grid safeoperation. The situations of the energy storage technology applied in power generators, wind farm,photovoltaic power station and photovoltaic generation systems are described. The schemes of stablepower generation system with the complementary type of wind and solar and energy storage areproposed based on the energy storage technology, and the feasibility of its implementation is verified.Finally the development prospects and implementation ways of wind, solar and storage mutualcomplementary stable power generation system in electric power system are expected.
