供电服务多渠道运营中的大数据技术研究

随着互联网+技术的深化应用,供电服务的模式也发生了变化,通过对用电客户大数据的分析,针对客户不同需求,不同区域的特点,提出了多渠道的售电经营新模式。结果表明,此种模式能有效地满足客户的多种需求,为运用大数据分析进行深入供电服务多渠道运营研究提供了条件。

Big data technological research in multi channels operation ofthe power supply service

With the deep application of the Internet+ technology, the power supply service modes alsochanged. By the big data analysis of the electricity consumers, and aiming at the different demands ofthe customers and the characteristic of different area, a new mode of multi channel electricitymarketing is presented. The results show that the mode can effectively satisfy various demands of thecustomers, which provide conditions for the multi channels operation research of applying big datathoughts in deepening power supply service.
