西夏热电公司湿式电除尘器改造

摘    要:为了满足“重点地区”燃煤电厂烟尘排放国家标准要求,针对西夏热电公司一期2×200 MW供热机组除尘设备现状结合现有除尘器改造技术进行分析研究,提出了在湿法脱硫后.加装湿式电除尘器的改造方案。应用结果表明:改造后的机组烟尘排放浓度< 10 mg/Nm3满足了国家对“重点地区”燃煤电厂烟尘排放标准要求,而且达到了< 10 mg/Nm3要求。

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of dust emission national standard in important area, analyzeshe status quo of dust elimination equipments of 2x200 M W heating supply units in the first termconstruction of Xixia Thermal Power Plant andresearches the technique of the current dustprecipitator, puts forward the improvement scheme to add wet electrostatic precipitator installationafter the wet desulfurization. The application result shows that after the improvement, the unit dustemission concentration is< 10 mg/Nm3, not only satisfies the demand of dust emission national standard in important area, but also reaches the extra low emission demand of < 10 mg/Nm3.
