电站锅炉磨煤机出力不足原因分析及解决办法

摘    要:针对某330MW发电机组磨煤机存在石子煤量大、出力不足的问题,应用冷态试验和分析对比的方法,找到了磨煤机存在问题的原因,提出了磨煤机风环和磨辊进行技术改造方案。结果表明:改造后磨煤机石子煤量大幅度减少,出力提高至磨煤机设计出力,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of the large quantity of the pebble coal and undercapacity existingin the pulverizer of 330 M W generators, by the method of using cold- state test, analysis andcomparison, finds out the problem causes of the pulverizer, puts forward the technique retrofit schemeson the wind ring and grinding roll of the pulvizer. The results show that after the improvement, thequantity of the pebble coal in the pulverizer are greatly reduced, the output is improved to thedesigned output of the pulverizer and acquires good effects.
