| 摘 要： | 针对供电企业维护供电设备停电与用户连续供电需求矛盾的问题,对替换式作业装备、对象和方法进行深入分析,提出了一种替换式不停电作业方法。应用结果表明:该方法实现了城市配电网110kV到0.4kV全电压等级、全设备的替换式不停电作业,具有良好的推广价值及应用前景。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the contradictions between the power cut due to the equipments maintenance bypower supply enterprises and power supply continuity for the customers, deeply analyzes thealternative work equipments, objects and methods, puts forward a kind of uninterruptible poweroperation method with alternative form. The application results show that the method realizes theuninterruptible power operation with alternative form of the whole voltage class from 110kV to0.4 kVin urban distribution network, the whole equipment uninterruptible power operation with alternativeform has better spread value and application prospect. |
