天然斜发沸石对溶液中NH4+的物化作用机理

摘    要:选择中国浙江缙云天然斜发沸石为试验材料,以摇床试验和离子跟踪监测,研究了斜发沸石对溶质NH4+的物化作用机理.在天然斜发沸石对溶液中NH4+的作用过程中,离子交换作用决定了NH4+的全部转移量,沸石晶体内Na+和Ca2+与溶液中NH4+的交换量占总离子交换量的97%以上.对于粒径1.0~3.2mm的沸石,交换反应前3h时可完成83%的Na+交换量和50%的Ca2+交换量.

Abstract:Selecting the natural clinoptilolite of Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province, China, as experimental material, the mechanism for physical-chemical actions of the clinoptilolite on NH4+ in solution was studied with shaking bed test and ion tracing monitoring. In the presses of natural zeolite on NH4+ in solution, ion exchange action determined all the NH4+ changing amount. Exchange amount of Na+, Ca2+ in the zeolite crystal with NH4+ in solution occupied over 97% of the total ion exchanging amount. For the zeolite with particle size 1.0~3.2mm 83% Na+ exchanging amount and 50% Ca2+ exchanging amount were happened in the initial 3 hours.
