MBR系统好氧反硝化效果及好氧反硝化菌的鉴定

摘    要:采用间歇曝气法对MBR系统好氧反硝化菌进行了培养和富集,考察了系统的好氧反硝化效果及其影响因素,并对好氧反硝化菌进行了分离和鉴定。实验结果表明:在DO为2.0~3.0 mg/L、m(C)∶m(N)为8∶1的条件下,MBR系统好氧反硝化效果较好,COD、氨氮、TN的去除率分别达到90%,90%,62%左右;从系统活性污泥中得到11株好氧反硝化性能较好的好氧反硝化菌,它们属于变形菌门,分别属于不动杆菌属、丛毛单胞菌属、气单胞菌属、假单胞菌属和噬氢菌属。

Abstract:Aaerobic denitrlfiers were cultivated and enriched in MBR system by the method of intermittent aeration. The aerobic denitrification effect of MBR and the affecting factors were studied,and the aerobic denitrlfiers were separated and identified. The experimental results show that: When DO is 2.0-3.0 mg/L and m(C)∶m(N) is 8∶1,the aerobic denitrification effect of MBR system is good,and the removal rates of COD,NH4+-N and TN are about 90%,90% and 62% respectively;11 strains of aerobic denitrlfierwith good aerobic denitrification capability are isolated from the MBR activated sludge,which belong to Proteobacteria and are Acinetobacter sp.,Comamonas sp.,Aeromonas sp.,Pseudomonas sp. and Hydrogenophaga sp.,respectively.
