小议流域水环境的跨界水质保护管理工作

近年来，全国各地都开展了大规模的水环境整治工作，但由于跨界水污染引起的问题越来越严重，也越发引起各级政府的重视，为此，国家和省都出台了一系列的法规政策。本文简要介绍了我国有关跨界水质保护的政策，以及佛山市在跨界水质保护方面所做的一些工作。
