摘    要:研究了废锌锰电池正负极电极材料在硫酸中的溶解情况。H2O2的加入会对溶解过程产生较大的影响,适宜的溶解条件为:硫酸浓度3mol/L,液固比为6,反应温度50℃,H2O2浓度2.5%(质量分数),反应时间20min.

Abstract:Described an experiment to analyze and study the polar-materials in waste Zn-Mn batteries leached by sulfuric acid under different conditions. The dosage of H2O2 had significant effects on the dissolution. The suitable conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments, such as: the concentration of sulfuric acid 3 mol/L, the mass ratio of liqud to solid 6, dissolution temperature 50 ℃, the mass fraction of H2O2 2.5%, dissolution time 20 min.
