摘    要:通过分析盐雾现象、盐雾试验原理和机栽设备盐雾试验情况,总结提出了机载设备盐雾防护设计的几种途径和方法。说明了选择材料、涂保护层和使用缓蚀剂3种盐雾防护设计方法的原理和特点,例举了它们在机载设备盐雾防护设计中应用的实例。

Abstract:This paper discussed the ways and the methods of protecting airborne equipments from salt fog through analyzing the nature of salt fog, the theory of salt fog test,and the information of airborne equipments' salt fog test.The elements and characteristic of the three protection design methods were explained including material selection, coating protection, and inhibitor utilization.The example of protecting airborne equipments from salt fog by the three methods was also presented.
