摘    要:通过对好氧颗粒污泥中真菌的分离、纯化,得到13株丝状真菌,其中含8种酵母菌、3种霉菌和2种放线菌。进一步鉴定后,选出其中4株真菌分别接入到灭菌后的污泥消化液内,考察其对污泥消化液中有机物的降解特性。研究发现,颗粒污泥内的真菌对消化液中有机物具有较好的降解能力,其最大去除率可达40%。由此表明,丝状真菌不仅能依靠其结构特性增强颗粒污物稳定性,而且可以消除细菌代谢产物在颗粒内的积累,改善颗粒内微生物生态环境,从而提高颗粒污泥的稳定性。
