| Abstract: | egional control of environmental pollution has become one of the prevailing trends in dealing with environmental problems. In this paper, the current difficulties of regional control of water pollution in China and the main problems concerning water pollution in coastal region were analysed; the basic principles of regional control of pollution were discussed; and key areas of water pollution control and ways of regional control of water pollution were suggested. Further more, taking the total amount control of water pollutants by the year of 2000 in Shenyang District in Hun River Basin as a case, the total amount control methods nad objectives were studied. |
