| 摘 要： | 生态市建设是城市可持续发展的新途径。介绍了生态市的发展历程、内涵及意义，重点对我国生态市建设指标的修订情况进行了深入分析，提出建设生态市需加强领导，确保生态市建设有序进行；编制建设规划，明确重点建设任务；完善公共参与机制、目标责任制和投入机制等措施。

| Abstract: | Ecological city construction is a new approach to city sustainable development. The paper introduced developing process, connotation and significance of ecological city, laid special stress on the drawing up and amendment of constructing indicators, and presented some constructing measures, such as strengthening leadership and ensuring ecological city constructed in an orderly way, drawing up constructing plan and making clear key construction tasks, perfecting public participation system, the system of target responsibility and input machanism. |
