摘    要:建立检测鸡排泄物中总砷含量的微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法.使用硝酸镁和硝酸钯混合溶液作为基体改进剂,在灰化温度1200℃、原子化温度2400℃条件下,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定鸡排泄物中的总砷含量.结果表明,总砷浓度在0~100ng·mL-1范围内符合郎伯-比尔定律,线性回归方程为Y=0.0013X+0.0098,决定系数0.9976,方法的回收率为98.8%~101.9%,精密度为2.81%,检出限为0.100mg·kg-1.

Abstract:A method for the determination of total arsenic in fowl dung has been developed using microwave digestion-atomic and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Used Mg(NO3)2 and Pd(NO3)2 as matrix modifier to determine the content of total arsenic in fowl dung by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry at ashing temperature of 1200℃ and atomization temperature of 2400℃.The results showed that this assay obeyed Lambert-Beer's Law in the range of total arsenic concentration from 0~100ng·mL-1,the linear regression equation was found as Y=0.0013X+0.0098,with the determination coefficient of 0.9976.The recovery rate,precision and detection limit was 98.8%~101.9%,2.81%,0.100mg·kg-1,respectively.
