污垢系数对热交换器的影响

摘    要:环保、冶金及建材行业余热利用中的热交换器,常因管内污垢系数上升、换热面粘附粉尘而失效.研制用于某硅铁电炉高温烟尘治理余热利用中设有脉冲喷吹自动清灰装置的热交换器,可有效解决因粉尘粘附而导致的传热系数下降,从而保证了换热器长期稳定运行.

Abstract:Heat exchanger in the heat reuse of environmental protection, metallurgy and construction materials often loses effectiveness because of the increased dirt coefficient. Heat exchanger studied by myself is used in the heat reuse of high temperature of dust control for one silicon iron electric furnace, in which it is equipped with automatic pulse spraying cleaning device and it can effectively solve the problem of dust gathering that brings about the decrease of heat transmission, so the long and stable operation of heat exchanger is guaranteed.
