| 摘 要： | 应用适用于板料轴对称成形过程的应力平衡方程对薄壁圆筒工件抛物面型缩口成形中的应力进行了分析 ,得出了薄壁圆筒工件抛物面型缩口成形时的经向应力与各种参数之间的关系及缩口力的计算公式 ,从而为工艺设计人员制定此类缩口工艺提供了方便

| Abstract: | By means of stress equilibrium equation for axisymmetric sheet forming processes, stress is analyzed in paraboloid typed necking forming of thin walled cylindrical workpiece, and the relation between longitudinal stress and other parameters as well as the calculating formula of necking force in this case is put forward, thus offering convenience for technologists to work out necking forming technology. |
