水解──好氧混凝工艺处理啤酒厂废水

摘    要:本文报道了用上升流厌氧污泥床(水解)和二段生物接触氧化池对啤酒厂废水进行的生化处理中试。当上升流厌氧污泥床进水CODer浓度为2000mg/L,经水解─好氧工艺处理后,第二段生物接触氧化池出水CODcr浓度为220.5mg/L,进一步经混凝沉淀处理后,出水CODcr达80.2mg/L。

Abstract:Pilot-scale test of brewery wastewater treatment is conducted using upflow anaerobic sludge bed(UASB) (hydrolysis)and two stages of biological contact oxidation pond (aerobic). The effluent COD., concentration of the second stage biological contact pond is 220. 5 mg/L when the influent CODcr concentration of UASB is 2OOO mg/L by treatment using UASB and two stages of biological contact oxidation. The effluent CODcr concentration of the second stage of biological contact oxidation pond can be reduced to 8O. 2 mg/L if later coagulation sedimentation process is put into operation.
