煤系硫铁矿处理含镍废水的实验研究

摘    要:在煤系硫铁矿在处理含镍废水中,废水的pH值,反应时间,粒度,加入量,温度,搅拌等对Ni2+的去除率影响较大。在煤系硫铁矿中加入不同配比的还原铁粉进行改性处理实验。结果表明煤系硫铁矿与还原铁粉的比例为100:10时,加热温度为200℃时,对镍的去除率明显提高。

Abstract:Application of pyrites in coal gangue in treatment of wastewater containing Ni(II)was studied.Results showed that factors such as pH value of wastewater,reaction time,granularity,adding amounts of coal gangue,reaction temperature and stirring manner had a remarkable impact on removal efficiency of Ni2+.The modified pyrites in coal gangue by deoxidized iron had better performance.The removal efficiency was enhanced under the best technical parameters with ratio of pyrites in coal gangue and pyrites deoxidized iron 100:10 and temperature 200℃.
