基于Haddon-24Model的事故反应理论模型研究

为了解决原有事故致因模型存在的问题和漏洞,进一步完善事故预防和治理工作,基于Haddon模型与2-4模型理论,运用模型对比法、案例分析法等研究方法开展事故模型研究。首先,提出了事故反应理论并在此基础上建立了一种新的现代事故致因模型——事故反应理论模型。其次,介绍了模型在实际案例中的应用方法,论证了事故反应模型具有层次性、系统性、快捷性、可视化等特点。最后,基于事故反应模型提出了3种事故预防的方法。结果表明:事故反应理论模型很好的解决了其它模型存在的问题和不足,具有定义准确、分类全面、层次清晰、适用范围广等特点。

Research on Theoretical Model of Accident Reaction based on Haddon-24Model

In order to find the solutions to the existing problems and loopholes in the original accident-causing model,and further improve accident prevention and control,based on Haddon model and 24 model theory,the accident model research is carried out by using model comparison method,case analysis method and other research methods.First of all,the theory of accident response is put forward and a new modern accident cause model,theoretical model of accident reaction,is established.Secondly,the application method of the model in the actual case is introduced,where the characteristics of hierarchy,systematization,rapidity and visualization of accident response model is proved.In accordance to the accident reaction model,3 methods on accident prevention are proposed ultimately.The results show that the theoretical model of accident reaction solves the problems and shortcomings of other models,and has the characteristics of accurate definition,comprehensive classification,clear hierarchy and wide application range.
