注浆加固技术在煤层底板“奥灰水”安全控制中的应用

摘    要:注浆加固技术是治理煤层底板突水的技术之一。本文以霍州煤电集团汾源煤业5-101首采工作面为例,首先分析了底板突水危险性,然后在此基础上对注浆加固技术在煤层底板“奥灰水”安全控制中的应用进行了详细阐述。最后,效果分析得出,经过对煤层底板奥灰承压含水层的注浆加固,提高了煤层底板完整性,增加保护层厚度,切断上部岩层与奥陶系灰岩含水层之间的水力联系,达到了对“奥灰水”的有效治理,实现工作面的安全开采。

Abstract:Grouting reinforcement technology is one of the technologies to control water inrush from coal seam floor.Taking Fenyuan coal 5-101 first mining face of Huozhou Coal Power Group as an example,this paper first analyzes the risk of water inrush from the floor,and then expounds the application of grouting reinforcement technology in the safety control of"Ordovician limestone water"in the floor of coal seam in detail.Finally,the effect analysis shows that through the grouting and reinforcement of the Ordovician limestone confined aquifer in the coal seam floor,the integrity of the coal seam floor is improved,the thickness of the protective layer is increased,the hydraulic connection between the upper strata and the Ordovician limestone aquifer is cut off,the effective treatment of the Ordovician limestone water is achieved,and the safe mining of the working face is realized.
