消防安全评估研究综述

建筑消防安全评估是科学部署社会资源、制定消防法规、完善建筑管理的重要依据,有利于保障社会稳定和人民生命财产安全。本文基于国内外建筑消防安全评估研究现状的调研,从意义、分类、方法、程序4个方面对消防安全评估系统进行了论述分析,并在此基础上提出针对消防安全评估方面的建议和展望,以促进我国消防安全评估事业的发展。

Summary of Research on Fire Safety Assessment of Building

Building fire safety assessment is an important basis for scientific deployment of social resources,formulation of fire protection regulations,and improvement of construction management,which is conducive to ensuring social stability and the safety of people's life and property.This paper investigates the status of fire safety assessment of domestic and foreign buildings,and analyses the fire safety assessment system from four aspects which are significance,classification,methods and procedures,and puts forward suggestions and prospects for fire safety assessment on this basis,so as to promote the development of fire safety assessment in China.
