摘    要:建筑施工现场因其生产要素密集、施工场地受限、作业单位较多等特点存在大量安全隐患。为预防建筑施工现场平面布置中因传统经验布置导致的物流成本浪费等现象,并对施工现场布置方案做出合理的评价,在物流设施规划与设计方法的基础上,优化施工现场平面布置方案,以达到提升建筑施工现场管理水平、选择最优现场平面布置方案的目的,最终实现资源和成本的最优配置。对该方法进行实例验证。结果表明,在建筑项目中使用物流设施规划方法,可以为平面布置方案优化提供指导,应用前景较为可观。

Abstract:This paper has proposed a method to solve the optimization problem of the construction site based on the logistics facility management method,which include the system layout planning( SLP) and the system handling analysis( SHA) so as to prevent the financial and material waste in the logistics department that are likely to be caused by the traditional irrational arrangement in the infrastructural on-site planning and layout.And,for the said purpose,we have first of all done a system layout planning( SLP) through the material analysis,the logistic preparation analysis,the facility and installation-equipment analysis and that of the favorable conditions to achieve the designing goals,such as the influential factors of P( Product),Q( Quantity),R( Route),S( Supplement),and T( Time). And then,the System Handling Analysis( SHA) method has been used to establish the logistics involved relationship and non-logistics related relationship to work out the correlation diagram. Through the literature research and the field investigation,we have collected 8 main factors affecting the close relationship between the various operating units and then classified the key sides into A( absolutely important),E( particularly important),I( important),O( general important) and U( Not important) 5 levels.Through the above analysis,we have established the logistics related and Non-logistics related interactive net system. Furthermore,the influential factors have been weighted and optimized through quantification and qualification,so as to choose and determine the maximal weighted indicators and goals. While considering the mere construction plan in the paper form may not be well in match with the realistic dynamic construction demands,we have adopted the BIM technology to resolve the practical and potential problems involved in the actual construction process.And,finally,we have managed to bring the method we have proposed into a construction project in Xi’an to verify its availability. The verification results of the test demonstrate that the optimized scheme we have prepared enjoys a very high comprehensive advantage over the original one. Facts prove that the logistics facility planning method can play an instructive function in optimizing the plan layout and has a promising prospect in the layout of construction site. It can help to open up a brilliant avenue for raising the safety construction plan layout level and empower the cost control in the construction project management.
