| 摘 要： | 结合固体废物对环境危害的特征,对现有固体废物环境影响评价存在的问题以及在评价固体废物治理措施方面提出一些粗浅认识.作者认为如何评价固体废物对环境的影响尚需技术规范方面的进一步探讨和研究,固体废物治理措施应注重污染源控制和循环利用,突出强化监督管理措施等.

| Abstract: | Combining with the character of solid-waste harming environment,the articl puts foward simply recognitions of existing problems in solid-waste environmental influence evaluation and recovery of solid-waste measurment respect.The writer thinks how to appraise solid-waste influence on environment needs further approaching and research of technological standard respect,recovery of solid-waste measurement should pays more attention to controlling pollution source and circulating utilization and stresses on strengthening supervision and administrative measurement and so on. |
