| 摘 要： | 对陕甘宁地区明清以来 6次特大地震与特大旱灾作了对比 ,发现其中 4次特大地震与特大旱灾相伴形成了灾害链。我们对灾害链的形成机制和发生概率进行了讨论 ,并提出了初步的减灾对策

| Abstract: | Comparing 6 big earthquakes in the region of Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia provinces since Ming Qing dynasties with extraordinary droughts, it is found that 4 events among them accompanied with big drought and formed a disaster chain Mechanism of the chain and its occurrence possibility are discussed Some preliminary strategies of disaster reduction are also proposed |
