气田富气回收工艺技术应用

2007年以前,新疆油田公司气田装置所产生的富气均通过火炬放空燃烧,既增加了CO_2排放量,对环境产生污染,同时也造成资源浪费。文章介绍了分子筛脱水、增压分离处理两种回收工艺技术及其适应性,通过现场实践,实现富气的自用和作为商品气外输,年回收利用富气2442×10~4m~3,实现了零排放,节能减排效果显著。

The Application of Rich Gas Recycling Procedure in Gas Field

Prior to 2007,rich gas generated by gas field facilities of Xinjiang Oilfield Company was torch flared,which not only increased the atmospheric CO_2 emissions and posed environmental pollution,but also wasted the resources.This article introduces two recycling procedures of molecular sieve dehydration and pressure boost separation treatment and their adaptability.Through on-site practice,on one hand,rich gas is partly consumed by the facility itself and on the other hand, it is transported as a commodity.As a result,the annual recycling of rich gas reaches 2442×10~4 m~3,zero emission is achieved and energy saving effect is remarkable.
