摘    要:采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法直接进样测定地表水中26种有机污染物,通过优化试验条件,使各目标化合物在1.00μg/L^100μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(r 2)>0.995,方法检出限为0.003μg/L^1.0μg/L。将该方法用于地表水样的测定,加标回收率为79.0%~120%,6次测定结果的RSD均<15%。

Abstract:By optimizing the conditions of chromatography,mass spectrometry and filtration membrane selection,a method of determining 26 organic pollutants in surface water by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry with direct injection was established.The target compounds had a good linear relationship in the range of 1.00μg/L to 100μg/L,the correlation coefficient(r 2)was over 0.995.The detection limits ranged from 0.003μg/L to 1.0μg/L.When applying this method in surface water determination,the recoveries were from 79.0%to 120%,the relative standard deviation of the samples by 6 times duplicated measurement were all less than 15%.
