| Abstract: | Using the experiences and lessons learned from the SARS for reference, the issues of how to mend the pace to establish four management mechanisms of early warning system, emergency management, information issuance and public education for abrupt earthquake disaster crisis are discussed. The new ideas for establishing the early-warning grade of earthquake disaster and emergency preplan and measures of information announcement are put forward. |
