摘    要:钻井废泥浆中含有大量的泥浆添加剂,采用固液分离法,可大大减小废物的体积,同时使有效成分保留在固相之中。将其用于泥浆的再配制研究,经测定:再配制泥浆的各种常规性能及抗老化、抗污染性能等均达到原浆的要求。但此时泥浆添加剂的加入量仅为原浆加入量的1/3左右,降低了成本,因此具有明显的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。

Abstract:There are a large number of mud additives in drilling mud, thus the solid-liquid separation method can be used to reduce the volume of waste mud and keep the effective components in the solid phase, which can be used to compound mud again. The experiments show that: all kinds of conventional functions, the anti-aging function and the anti-pollution function of the mud compounded again were up to the requirements of original mud ; in the meantime, adding amount of the mud additives was just one third of that of original mud, therefore the cost was reduced and this process has obvious economy benefits, social benefits and environment benefits
