摘    要:报道了以2,4-二硝基苯肼酸性饱和液吸收空气和废气中的醛和酮,所形成的腙衍生物以高效液相色谱分析。本法预处理回收率为90%~110%,最低检则限为1~5ng,线性工作范围为5~300 ng。可测定空气和车间空气中的10种醛和酮类污染物。

Abstract:A new method of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) was reported. As the absorbent, saturated solution of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine with acidity, reacts with aldehydes and ketones in ambient and polluted air, this reaction generates 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones, which can be determined by HPLC. In this method, the recovery ratio of pretreatment is 90%~100%, the lowest detection limits are 1~5 ng, and the linear operating range is 5~300 ng. This method can determine 10 kinds of aldehydes and ketones in ambient air and workshop air.
