摘    要:沸石(FYH)吸附剂是抚顺石油化工研究院环保所研制开发的一种交换容量大、可再生的吸附剂,用于处理炼油废水中的氨氮时,去除率可以达到90%以上。吸附剂的穿透时间与空速有着直接关系,空速越大,穿透时间越短。吸附剂的交换容量也与空速有关。本试验中,在空速1.2h-1的条件下,吸附剂达到最大交换容量。将氯化钠和氢氧化钠以一定配比配制的再生液可以对FYH吸附剂进行快速而有效的再生。汽提含铵再生液效果很好,脱铵后的再生液中氨氮的浓度为未检出,回收的氨水浓度0.47%~0.68%。经过小试证明该工艺是可行的。

Abstract:FHY sorbent is a new kind of exchanger developed by Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute. It has a great exchanged content and can be regenerated and used to treat refinery wastewater. The removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen can get up 90 percent. The penetrating time of sorbent has direct relation with the airspeed. The higher the airspeed is,the shorter the penetrating time will be. The exchanged content of sorbent is relative to the airspeed. The exchanged content of sorbent can get the greatest content at an airspeed of 1.2 h-1 . The regenerative liquor prepared with mixed liquor of sodium choride and sodium hydroxide with a specific ratio can be effectively used to regenerate FHY sorbent rapidly. It has a good effect on stripping regenerated liquid. The concentration of ammonia-nitrogen in regenerated liquid after removing ammonia is zero. The concentration of reclaimed ammonia is in the range of 0.47 percent to 0.68 percent. The small test validated that the process is feasible.
