论水环境监测的质量控制与保证措施

水环境监测是根据水循环规律,对水的质量以及影响水体生态环境质量的客观自然因素与人为因素进行的定期或随时监测。据监测调查数据表明,我国90%以上的城市水域受到不同程度的污染,其中,南方城市总缺水量的60%~70%是由水污染造成的,目前,全国有1.7亿人在饮用被有机物污染的水,有近3亿的城市居民面临水污染问题。而制订科学有效的水污染治理方案恰恰需要精准的水环境监测数据的支持,因此,水环境监测的质量控制工作显得尤为重要。基于此,本文结合水环境监测的必要性,围绕水环境监测的质量控制及保证措施展开了论述。

On quality control and guarantee measures of water environment monitoring

Water environment monitoring is based on the regularity of the water cycle,regular or anytime monitoring of water quality and objective natural and human factors that affect the quality of the water environment.According to the monitoring survey data,more than 90% of China’s urban waters are polluted to varying degrees.Among them,60%-70% of the total water shortage in southern cities is caused by water pollution.Currently,170 million people nationwide are drinking water.Organic matter contaminated water,nearly 300 million urban residents face water pollution problems.The establishment of a scientific and effective water pollution treatment plan just needs the support of accurate water environment monitoring data.Therefore,the quality control of water environment monitoring is particularly important.Based on the necessity of water environment monitoring,this paper discusses the quality control and guarantee measures of water environment monitoring.
