物理化学法治理印染废水的研究

摘    要:本文提出了两个治理印染废水的综合物化流程:(1)SE—J型絮凝剂絮凝→气浮→次氯酸钙氧化→炉渣吸附;(2)SE—型絮凝剂絮凝→气浮→活性炭吸附,并对每个处理过程进行了条件实验。实验结果表明:废水经流程(1)处理后,COD去除率达82—87%,色度去除率达88—92%,废水经流程(2)处理后,COD去除率达89—92%,色度去除率达97—98%。经两个流程处理后的出水水质分别接近或达到国家排放标准。

Abstract:In this paper, the two comprehensive physical-chemical treatment processes for tex-tile printing and dyeing wastewater are put forward: (1)flocculating with SE-1 flocculant-floatating-oxidizing by use of calcicum hypochlorite as oxidant-adsorbing with cinder:(2)flocculating with SE-1 flocculant-flotating-adsorbing with actived carbon. The condi-tional tests for each process are also carried out. The experimental results show thatafter the treatment to the wastewater through rhe process (1), the removal rate of CODand colour of the effluent are 82--87% and 88--92% respectively, and through the pro-cess(2), the removal rate of COD and colour of the effluent are 89--92% and 97--98%respectively. In the waste water after the treatment by process(1) or by process (2), theCOD and colour in the effluent are both in accordance and with the national dischargestandards.
