| 摘 要： | 结合高海拔地区的自然环境特点、公路建设项目的特征及其环境影响的特点，全面分析了高海拔地区公路建设项目的环境效应，并针对项目可能存在的主要环境问题(如水土流失、植被破坏、对冻土及湿地环境的影响等)，提出了防治污染与控制生态破坏的具体对策措施及建议。
