| 摘 要： | 竣工环境保护验收是检查环保＂三同时＂制度执行情况的重要环节,也是环保监督管理的重要内容。从竣工环境保护验收工作的相关法律、法规出发,依据火电厂验收技术规范,并结合火电厂竣工环境保护验收工作实践,阐述了火电厂验收工作的相关规定及流程,并结合验收工作中经常出现的问题,给出改进建议。

| Abstract: | Environmental check and acceptance was an important phase of three-simultaneous system,it was also main part of environmental protection and supervision.Based on laws,regulations,technical guidelines and practical inspection experiences,problems existed in environmental check and acceptance were discussed and some improving suggestions were put forward. |
