| Abstract: | Non-ferrous metals industry develops rapidly in China. But it confronts with three big challenge that are a shortage of funds, lack of energy, environmental pollution. To achieve sustainable development, it is necessary to take a new road to industrialization, energetically develop recycling economy and build a resource-conserving and environmentfriendly industry. Expound general thoughts specific goals, priority works and policy measures of non-ferrous metals industry developing recycling economy in China in detail. |
