| 摘 要： | 近50年来,国内外学者对灾害经济问题进行了较为深入的研究,各国政府在灾害管理实践方面也积累了大量的经验,借鉴这些研究成果和管理经验,结合"汶川地震"灾害经济管理的实际,就完善我国以人为本的自然灾害管理机制和确保地震重灾区的可持续重建,提出了7点建议.

| Abstract: | In recent 50 years, scholars at home and abroad have made a more deep research on the issue of economics and management of natural disaster and governments of countries in the world have had considerable experience in administering natural disaster. This paper integrates these research results and management experience with disaster economic management practice in Wenchuan earthquake and puts 7 suggestions for perfecting humanized e-conomic management mechanism of natural disaster and ensuring sustainable reconstruction of disaster area in China. |
