Abstract:The principle and application on environmental analysis of a new sample methodsolid phase microextraction(SPME)are introduced in this paper.This method is very simple,fast and easy to automate.It is a singlestep process that sampling,extraction and concentration are focused in a single step.The technique can be used for the pretreatment of both polar and nonpolar organic compounds.
