原油降解菌丝状真菌的筛选及降解性能研究

摘    要:从南京炼油厂原油污染的土壤中筛选得到2株高效降解原油的菌株,OBD-LM2和OBD-HQM,经初步鉴定菌株OBD-LM2为木霉属,菌株OBD-HQM为曲霉属。原油液体培养基中添加N、P营养盐、温度为25~35℃、盐度<3%时7d菌株OBD-LM2原油降解率为40%~68%,菌株OBD-HQM为35%~55%。采用GC、GC/MS对两株霉菌的原油降解前后组分进行测定,结果表明:菌株OBD-LM2的原油组分降解范围为C11~C28并有许多种类的短链烃(C10)产生,菌株OBD-HQM的原油降解范围仅为C11~C20。

Abstract:Two high efficient oil-degrading strains OBD-LM2 and OBD-HQM was screened from crude oil contaminated soil of a refinery, with OBD-LM2 identified as Trichoderma sp and OBD-HQM as Aspergillus sp. Degradability of OBD-LM2 ranged in 40%~68% and OBD-HQM ranged in 35%~55% at the condition of nutrients addition in the culture base, temperature of 25~35℃, 7d, salinity less than 3%. GC and GC/MS of crude oil before and after biodegradation showed that degradation by OBD-LM2 ranged in C11~C28 and OBD-HQM in C11~C20.
