高速公路下伏富水多层采空区注浆处理技术研究

摘    要:采空区的治理是矿区工程建设关键问题之一。以京福高速公路徐州东绕城某多层富水采空区注浆充填法治理工程为依托,研究了注浆法处理多层富水采空区的设计方法、施工技术,重点包括治理范围确定、浆材配合比设计、布孔原则、成孔工艺、注浆工艺及控制技术等,确定了浆液扩散半径、单孔注浆量和终孔标准等注浆参数,为该种特殊条件下的采空区处治提供了科学的设计及施工技术方法、技术参数等。

Abstract:The treatment of underground mining openings under highway is a challenging task in highway construction. Although there are many research achievements and engineering prctices in railway and building engineering, the theoretical and engineering techniques to treat the underground mining openings under highway are still lack of success. Based on the pilot project of grouting engineering treating multi-layered underground mining openings filled with water located on east of Xuzhou, Jingsu province, the design and construction technique of grouting are presented in this paper. The design issues such as treating area, composition of grouting material, borehole distribution, techniques of drilling, techniques to solve problems during grouting are discussed in some details. From the field practice, the diffusion radius of grouting, grouthing quantity of single bore and criterion of ending grouting are put forward, resulting in effective design and construction technique for treating underground mining openings under complicated geological conditions.
