| 摘 要： | 在阐述日照市“环境优美乡镇”建设基本情况的基础上，对环境优美乡镇建设的社会、环境和生态效益的现状进行了分析，指出了在创建环境优美乡镇过程中还存在诸如认识不够、机制不健全、设施不完善等问题，提出可通过强化环境宣传、完善环境基础设施、加强污染控制、加大建设资金投入的措施确保日照市生态市目标的顺利实现。

| Abstract: | Based on the exposition about the basic condition of Beautiful Environment Town construction in Rizhao city, it analyzed the present situation of social, environemntal and ecological benefits of Beautiful Environment Town construction, pointed out the exsisting problems, such as a lack of recognition, imperfect mechanism and facilities, etc. , finally proposed the countermeasures which included strengthening environment propaganda, perfecting environmental facilities construction, giving more attention to pollution control, expanding money input in order to ensure Rizhao city to fulfill the target of Ecological City. |
