| 摘 要： | 对铁粉还原法生产２，４－二甲基苯胺过程中产生的废水，采用蒸发为水蒸气后回用于汽提的全循环工艺，可实现零排放。对循环过程进行了水平衡、热量衡算和经济分析，证明了该工艺的可行性。

| Abstract: | The wastewater generated from 2,4 xylidine production by iron powder reduction process has been treated with a close recycle technology with steam stripping,realizing zerodischarge of the wastewater.The calculation of water balance,heat balance and the economic analysis of the close recycle technology have been also conducted,showing that the technology is feasible. |
