摘    要:对某化工厂的高浓度环氧树脂废水进行HCR中试研究。当进水COD容积负荷为7.5~12 kg/(m3.d)时,COD的去除率达85%。结果证明HCR反应系统处理效率高,抗负荷冲击性能强,系统运行稳定。

Abstract:The wastewater from one epoxide resin factory is high-concentration one and hard-degraded. The wastewater is treated using the HCR technology. The pilot-scale tests are conducted. The test proves that when COD volumetric load of the influent is in the range of 7.5 to 12 kg/(m~3·d) ,the system of the HCR in pilot-scale operates stable. The removal of COD is up to 85 percent. This system also has a strong resistance to loading impact.
