| 摘 要： | 水资源危机是全球关心的重大环境问题之一。中国是世界上贫水的国家之一 ,人均拥有量只占世界平均水平的 2 5 % ,且存在时空不平衡的特点。本文分析了水资源的现状和中国的水资源危机问题 ,并提出了解决水资源危机的一些战略措施

| Abstract: | The crisis of water resources is one of the vital environmental problems in the world. China is a country with shortage of water; and water resource per capita is only 25%of world average. Meanwhile, the spatial and temporal distribution of water resources is uneven. In this paper the status of water resources and problems arisen from it are analyzed, and some strategic measures around solving the crisis are presented. |
