摘    要:电厂配煤是一项通过混合多种不同品质的原煤来最终达到锅炉燃烧要求的一项技术,动力配煤往往是世界上很多电厂运行过程中一个复杂的优化问题,而优化过程中的模糊性与不确定性往往困扰着电厂的运营者,这篇文章中建立了一种区间模糊模型来解决配煤中的模糊不确定性问题,同时也解决了不同脱硫效率对煤质要求的影响的问题。这种方法可以有效的使电厂充分利用多种煤资源尤其是高硫煤资源,高硫煤不仅价格便宜.而且在很多煤矿中储量很大,在满足环境要求的同时,既降低成本,又充分利用了国家有限的自然资源。

Abstract:Power coal blending is a kind of method to take advantage of various coals by mixing two or more kinds of coal with different characteristics to form a kind of blended coal so as to meet incinerators ' requirements normally. Power coal blending in power plant is an op- timization problem with many complicated restriction conditions. Fuzzy and uncertain coal properties would be the problem plagued the deci- sion makers all the time. In this paper, a kind of interval fuzzy linear programming is proposed to deal with the uncertainties and vagueness in the blending process with considering the national standard for coal burning boilers. And found a proper way to operate it much better in a power plant by associating it with the efficiency index of sulfur - removing. A plant can make full use of the high - sulphur coal which is not only cheap but also reserving a lot in some large -scare mines in this way as well as meeting the environmental requirements.
