In order to assure the safe,stable,economic and environmental operation and to assure the outstanding dust-removing performance of the bag filter,it is necessary to reinforce the operation and maintenance management on the bag filter.This article expatiates the work that must be paid attention to and must be finished perfectly from the operation and maintenance management aspects separately.The operation includes initial operation period and normal operation period and they illustrate their own dust removal mechanism.The normal operation includes periodic patrol and inspection,operation data recording,equipment malfunction treatment,operation administration work,regulation enactment,etc.Maintenance management work includes the establishment of overhaul and its administration regulation,maintenance contents during the operation and detail maintenance management contents and maintenance scheme.
