香溪河库湾浮游植物调查及多样性研究

摘    要:为了分析新生水库库湾藻类组成及演替规律,2010年对三峡水库香溪河库湾进行了跟踪监测,对监测结果用9种多样性指数进行多样性评价,用综合营养状态指数进行水质评价,并将9种评价指数分别与综合营养状态指数进行拟合分析,得出最适于评价香溪河水体污染程度的评价指数。结果表明春季优势藻种为硅藻、夏季为绿藻和蓝藻、秋季为硅藻和绿藻,冬季为甲藻。XX06秋季与冬季富营养化程度为贫营养级,春季与秋季主要为轻-中度富营养级。Menhinick index与综合营养状态指数的拟合度最大,最能反映水污染程度变化趋势。

Abstract:Xiangxi Bay in Three Gorges Reservoir was tracked and monitored in 2010 to analyze new algae species composition and succession laws in reservoir bay,with 9 species diversity index for biodiversity assessment of monitoring results,and integrated nutrition state index for water quality evaluation.9 evaluation indexes with nutritional state index were used for regression analysis to find the most suitable biodiversity index for evaluation of the extent of water pollution in Xiangxi Bay.Results indicated that Bacillariophyta in spring,Chlorophyta and Cyanobacteria in summer,Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta in autumn,Dinophyta in winter were the dominant algae species.Eutrophication for low degree level of nutrition was mainly in autumn and winter and moderate-light eutrophication level in spring and summer.The maximum fitting degree is Menhinick index with comprehensive tropic state index,which can mostly reflect the change trend of water pollution degree.
